There's Hope
We have a new President. I never thought I would see it in my life time, I am so proud, to be a African American, I have smiled all day! I know that I am not the only one! He will be good for this country!

APPLYING AND REMOVING
Each morning and evening I have the same routine. Yours may be similar. I apply my make up each morning and remove it at night. I take off my night gown and put on my work clothes I even have these cycles in other areas of my life. I take off weight, then put it on again. I shed my life of extra activities, then take them back on again. Off and on, off and on…. What a routine!
God tells us there is something we need to take off, and we only need to do it once. That sounds really good to me! It is our old nature (called our sin nature in the Bible). It leads us into nothing but trouble and is rotten through and through. (Ephesians4:22) When we take that off, God gives us a new nature. One where we have a spiritual renewal of our thoughts and attitudes. We will display this new nature because we are made new people after we have learned the truth that is in Jesus. Attributes of this new and wonderful nature are righteousness, holiness and truth, for our new nature displays that we have been created in God's likeness.
I am glad I have shed the old nature and received the new. How about you !And, I am thankful it is a one time swap ! God is so good ! Amen

MY DAILY INTENTION
Good Morning my Sista's
In all my transactions today,
I intend to come from a place of love within me, to a place of love within others;
From my integrity, to the integrity of others;
From a place of openness, to a place of openness as I respect the rights of all living things.
I intend to be gentle, kind and forgiving.
I intend to be aware of the wonders of the universe and to greet them all with gratitude and awe.
I intend to welcome whatever flows into my life to teach me today,
And to listen to the conversation that the universe is trying to have with me.
I intend to be inspired, to have joy in both work and play,
To be grateful for all that I have in my life and for every opportunity I'm given.
I intend to use my intuition and all my other spiritual gifts in all transactions today and to help wherever I can, even if that help means standing still and doing nothing, or letting go of someone I love.
I intend that there shall be peace and harmony and that wherever I can make restitution,
I shall have the courage and willingness to do so.
I intend to live my humanity and divinity simultaneously today and to move further along my path to enlightenment.
I re-dedicate my life to love, to peace, to harmony, to healing, to teaching, to my spiritual growth and the spiritual growth of others.

What you do with now
The choices you have made have brought you to where you are now. And so have other factors that are completely beyond your control.
There's nothing to be gained by blaming yourself for the way your life has unfolded. There's everything to be gained by actively taking full responsibility for the way your life proceeds.
The route you traveled to this point no longer matters, for nothing can be done to change it. What truly matters is what you do with now.
Life is always unpredictable, yet there's something you can count on. The more sincerely and diligently you give yourself to the living of it, the more life will go your way.
In this moment is every possibility. Take responsibility for it all, and bring the best of those possibilities to life.

Dare Mighty Things

What's Now
Savor the time you're in and the place where you are. Appreciate all that you have instead of being obsessed with how to get more.
You are already wealthy beyond all measure. Open your eyes to now, open your heart to purpose, and experience in rich detail the miracle that is your life.
There's nothing to be gained by racing furiously away from this moment in search of more. Instead, put your energy into accepting all that is and you'll find it is more than enough.
Put your focus, care, love, attention, interest, curiosity, purpose and passion into where you are right now. This is your time and place to live, to achieve, to feel, to learn and to experience.
Everything you are, you are right now. Be here and live the richness.
